What the Health Check does
The Health Check is the front door to C6. It is designed to show a committee where it stands today, what evidence exists, what is missing and what should happen next.
C6 assesses the available information. A missing document is treated as a visibility or evidence gap — not automatically as proof of legal non-compliance.
