C6 STRATA

Privacy Policy

Version 7.0 ยท August 2026

C6 Strata handles information supplied through enquiries and client engagements for the purpose of providing governance services, communicating with clients and administering the business.

Information C6 may collect

How information is used

C6 may use information to assess an enquiry, provide an agreed service, communicate about the engagement, administer subscriptions and payments, maintain business records, improve service delivery and comply with legal obligations.

Document handling

Committee documents should only be provided where the sender is authorised to provide them. C6 aims to limit collection to information reasonably required for the relevant service. Missing records may themselves form part of a governance assessment.

Disclosure

C6 does not publish client governance information as part of its ordinary service. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to service providers supporting C6 operations, where the client authorises disclosure, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Specialist referrals do not automatically authorise C6 to send client records to a third party.

Direct debit

C6 does not request bank account or card details through the public website enquiry forms. Where Committee Support is accepted, direct debit setup is provided separately and may be administered by a payment service provider under that provider's privacy and direct debit terms.

Access, correction and questions

For questions about information held by C6, or to request correction of contact or client information, contact James Pearson at james@c6strata.com.au or 0401 712 775.

Retention and security

C6 will take reasonable steps appropriate to the business to protect information and retain it only for legitimate operational, contractual, recordkeeping or legal purposes. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Australian privacy requirements

The application of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles and other privacy obligations can depend on the nature and scale of the business and information handled. C6 will comply with privacy obligations that apply to it.
