The C6 purpose
C6 exists to give Owners Corporations and their committees independent governance capability — without forcing them to become strata managers themselves.
That means helping committees understand their obligations, organise evidence, make better decisions, control costs, oversee delegated functions and maintain continuity when people or providers change.
